[jadmin] Jabber Messages are not going through

Hello,

We have users  that appear to be online but when messages are sent to them
they never get the message.  The user that does not get the original message
can send to the original sender and they can then chat.  This makes it look
like the user is just ignoring the original sender but actually the message
never came through.  Please help.
