Frank,
    I think something that Karim left out is important.  In Wildfire, go 
into the admin console, under the sessions tab, select server sessions 
on the left hot links, and select remote server settings.  on this page 
setup the information to connect to the server in England.  Whoever the 
admin in England is will have to also set his S2S config to point 
towards your server as well, and of course you need to agree on a shared 
key.  If the server in England is also Wildfire (a good choice by the 
way), both of these servers can be communicating in less  that 15 
minutes.  Check out the Forums at jivesoftware.org for specifics on 
Wildfire.
