Hey Oliver,

Wildfire (http://www.jivesoftware.org/wildfire/) has support for shared 
groups (http://www.jivesoftware.com/products/wildfire/features.jsp). If you 
are using LDAP then you can also instruct Wildfire to load the groups from 
your LDAP server.
