[jadmin] Ubuntu Dapper and mu-conference

Thanks Julian and Paul. I have no idea why, but that worked!!
Paul, to prevent having to use the -s switch, what should I do? Create
file jcr.log where? In the directory the command is run from?? Or is it
a permission issue for user jabber maybe?
