Hi all,

I have an internal jabber server with GAIM used exclusively as clients.
I use Ubuntu server 6.06 which was upgraded from the previous version.

Since the upgrade, every time someone logges out, the jabber server
just stops responding, forces everyone to log-out and won't respond
until I restart the server.
The installed versions are (dpkg -l|grep jabber output):

ii jabber 1.4.3-3ubuntu1

and a typical log doesn't contain any usable information. When I stop
and start the Jabber, it occassionaly complains that there's a running
instance but it always recovers after this:

root at chatter:/var/lib/jabber/chatter# /etc/init.d/jabber stop

Here's the barrage of questions:
Is this related to my settings? How can I increase the amount of
logging so that I can trace the issue? I am using openSuSE 10 +
gaim-1.5.0-3 from SuSE but other people are using various Windows
versions.

To be fair, this might be completely my fault, before the upgrade
everything was working just fine. If everything else fails, I'm going
to reinstall the server with the previous version of Ubuntu.

I hope someone can help. :)
