[jadmin] jabberd.c:255 main load check of 1.00 with 14 total threads

I have a problems with my jabber server version 1.4 after integration s2s 
with other server.
File debug.log show a message  "jabberd.c:255 main load check of 1.00 with 
14 total threads" and my jabber server stopped for new connections or send 
messages. Anyone help me? This problem is critical for me and cause a 
disgusting in users...Thanks
