Yes this debugging message is repeated every minute if you enable 
debugging. And it is for debugging purposes to see for example if the 
number of threads would be increasing over time.
But as I said: 1.00/14 is a normal value and nothing you have to care 
about. - This message is not your problem, this message is just normal.

I don't think we can help you further if you do not provide us with 
other information, e.g. how you "integrated [your server] with other 
server".
