[jadmin] jabberd.c:255 main load check of 1.00 with14 totalthreads

Is this all you have in the config? Please send the complete config 
(with passwords removed). What you have below is just the default 
configuration. You said you changed something ... and also it looks like 
the default configuration of an older version of jabberd14 (it is 
resolving the wrong service label). You might consider using the current 
version of jabberd14 which is 1.4.4 and can be downloaded on 
http://jabberd.org/.
