[jadmin] irc to jabber gateway ?

This: http://www.psyc.eu/ may also be interesting.  Part of it's  
claim to fame is that it can be a single server that can be connected  
to via an irc client, jabber client, and ... well something else.   
Not sure what else.  I don't know if it's exactly what you are  
looking for, but it might be worth a shot... or at least be  
interesting!  =)
