[jadmin] buddy notification

Hi to the list,

I've installed Jabberd 2 server, and everything works fine... People can
register accounts, and chat with any problems.

But there's a problem about buddy notifications. If i want to add a buddy to
my contact list which is using my jabber server, a notification message
appears in her messenger and adds me to the friend list. That's okey. But
when i want to add somebody using different jabber servers ( jabber.org,
etc.) any notification message appears. They can't see that i want to add
them. (Besides when anyone that using different jabber servers wants to add
me, i can see notification message..)

Is there any idea about the problem?
