[jadmin] Unregistering users does not work in Jabberd2

Hi,

I'm currently doing some tests on jabberd2 and I have discovered that
when unregistering users jabberd2 responds by closing the stream (as
should be) but when trying to register a new user with the same name I
the a conflict error. So, is this a caching problem or a bug? Because
unregistering seems to go fine, at least according to specifications.
