[jadmin] jabberd 1.4 problems

Do you have these other users in your roster? You do not see anybody, 
just the people you have told the server you want to see.

To which address are you sending your messages? You cannot send them 
just to "user" ... you always have to send the messages to 
"user at server", even if they are local.
