[jadmin] Allow user from another jabberd server to join conference

Thanks for responding.

I've modified my DNS, at the system level, the address 
conference.jabber.juliet.acme.com can now be resolved, but I'm still 
getting the same error in jabber log, so I dont think it's a DNS issue. 
Back when conference.jabber.juliet.acme.com was not in DNS, the jabberd 
in juliet can already resolve it, so I think the conference.xxx.xxx is 
resolved by jabberd internally, but I cant figure out how to add a 
conference address from another domain/server..
