[jadmin] Jabber2 Server Won't Start Up

I'm trying to install the jabber2-s11 server, and it won't start up.

Digging through the logs, it complains about not being able to bind
to an interface:port, then quits . . . yet that interface:port combo
are not bound to anything else before the server starts, nor are they
bound to anything after it exits, so it appears as if the jabber server
is interfering with itself.

Here is the jabberd -D output:

It appears from the log file that jabber really is interfering withitself,
because it talks about the same interface:port number in two different
modules.
