[jadmin] Jingle to H.323/SIP gateway component

In SER is an unmantained jabber module. Unfortunately, this module is 
obsolete and have just support for jabber2SIP and vice versa messaging 
AFAIK.

I would be interested in seeing any other jabber to SIP or XMPP/jingle 
to SIP projects though.
