[jadmin] proxy65 fixed?

Thanks to some testing help from Dierk Sacher, I think I have proxy65
working with python 2.4.3 and Twisted Words 0.4.0. If you are so
inclined, feel free to test the CVS code. Now I need to update the
README to include configuration pointers for ejabberd and Wildfire, if
you have suggestions for that, please send them along.
