[jadmin] Jingle to H.323/SIP gateway component

The freeswitch implementation is not quite ready for prime time. I  
evaluated this the other day. You can set up a client to log in as  
you, so that people in jabber-space try to call you it goes to your  
telephone, but the transport-level configuration is far from complete.
