The open-source version give you a xml logging capabilities. The 
enterprise version give you a human readable format with more control. 
There also is third party plug in (I-ball chat auditor 
http://sourceforge.net/projects/iball-auditor ) making use of the basic 
xml logging but it needs some maintenance as Wildfire teams are working 
hard and releasing new version with more features and robustness.
