[jadmin] error messages - more info?

How can I fix/prevent these errors? All the domains are FQDN's, All are 
running Jabberd14 1.4.4, all on the same network.  I know the servers 
are configured properly and so are the DNS SRV records.  Its a fairly 
intermittent problem  Why would the server connect to itself (mirror 
mirror error)?  What is the db:verify? 
Just trying to make the servers on my network more reliable,
