[jadmin] Second beta release of jabberd14 1.6.0 is available

One week has passed since I released the first beta for jabberd14
version 1.6.0. I am now pleased to announce, that I have published the
second beta release.

The following things have changed since last week:

- Messages that are sent to users have been internationalized. The first
available translation is German. jabberd14 now sends the messages to the
user using the language the user requested using the xml:lang attribute.
- Support for the latest version of XMPP Ping (XEP-0199)
- The following bugs have been fixed: startup problem in the SQL storage
driver; possible crash in the s2s component; forcing a TLS security
layer of the usage of SASL authentication for s2s connections did not
work in all conditions.
