[jadmin] jabberd2 client authorization

Thank you, it's making more sense now. As a follow-up, how can I enable
offline messaging? I have looked thru numerous <chain ...></chain> and now I
am more confused than before. I have a stock install of jabberd2, wouldn't
it have offline messaging enabled out of the box?
