He did. The old JIDs were like this:
employee at somehost.otherdomain.com
The new JIDs are like this:
employee at domain.com
Now people with JIDs like supplier at yet.another.domain.com can't see
presence from their buddies with JIDs like employee at domain.com, naturally.
