[jadmin] Current COM/C++ XMPP/MUC libraries

There are a lot of XMPP code libraries listed at jabber.org. I've been
happily using the Smack library for at least a year. But a colleague needs a
COM or C++ or C# library. Several of the links at jabber.org are dead, and
some more refer to efforts that don't appear to have been updated in several
years.

Does anyone know what CURRENT libraries for COM or C++ or C# are available?
