[jadmin] Choice for jabber-server with conferencing

Hello,

since I want to setup a new Jabber-server, my question for advice, which
system fits best and is manageble without much effort.

I installed some years ago a jabber-server with MUC and kept it running
some time.

But I failed last year to repeat - maybe caused by system changes.

Platform for the server will be a debian-system (etch) with xen-bridging.

The server shall manage a groupchat and support ssl-connections.

Which jabber-server arranged with a groupchat-component would fit best
the questioned features?
