[jadmin] LDAP authentication query

I don't think it would matter on which LDAP
implementation, as I think the LDAP query format is
standard. For example, rather than specifying that
the query is on "uid", is it possible for the
administrator to specify the query himself, e.g.
"&(uid=%s)(someFlag=1)".
