[jadmin] LDAP authentication query

This filter works perfectly for eDir filtering on Wildfire 2.5x to 3.0.1

If you are authenticating to AD, some minor changes need to be done but it gives you a basic template.  This also filters who will be seen in your directory search in Wildfire as well.

It also works in fljud for eDir LDAP.

Right -- in Wildfire, the way to specify exactly which users you want to
be loaded is by setting a user filter value. You can do the same thing
for groups. More details can be found in the LDAP guide:
