Thanks i stand corrected :)
anyone have some more info on this bug i found? Please find original
question below:
Hi there..
We are currently building a fairly large scale IM client in flash and
wrapping in NorthCode's SWF Studio for the desktop. Have previously been
using Jabberd 1.4 but due to gateway updates have decided to also update the
server. We have been having problems with the server and SASL as the flash
patch we are using doesn't seem to be 100%. However have decided to rather
just turn off this mechanism.
During my research into this matter i came across an interesting bug found
when using Jabberd2 and flash i quote:
"There is an error in the 2.0+ jabberd server release for support for
protocol (Flash support). The error will disconnect the flash client
unexpectedly during high message loading or low bandwidth conditions. This
error may extend to certain other XMLSocket servers also. \0"

Can anyone confirm that this issue still exists? or whether there is a
patch??
Many thanks in advance! :)
