jabberd2 doesn't currently have SASL support for s2s. I'm working on
implementing it - mainly to be able to do s2s with cross-realm GSSAPI
trust links, but the work would extend to SASL EXTERNAL for TLS, too.

I don't have a timescale for this work being completed- its fairly
low priority for me, and keeps getting pushed back down the list.
