 If you are talking about the Jivesoftware Wildfire Server product.  
Head over to jivesoftware.org and click on community.  there are 
thousands of us on the forums that have asked the questions and provided 
the answers that I think you are looking for.  If not, register with the 
forum and post your own question.  I am sure you will find that most on 
the forums there can assist you in getting your server running quickly!
