Namespace ejabberd:config is already obsoleted in favor of registered
http://jabber.org/protocol/commands. So, after next ejabberd upgrade
on jabber.org it will disappear.

Anyway, if nobody configures jabber.org using Tkabber (it's likely to
be the only client with ejabberd:config support) then it's possible to
stop module 'mod_configure' which uses this namespace.
