Since Jabberd14 1.6.0, the server checks if all the requested fields for the 
registration are sent back to the server. Pandion doesn't seem to ask the 
server for the list of fields it must send, and only sends the username and 
the password.

In order to make the registration works under pandion, you'll have to remove 
the tags <name/> and <email/> of the register section of the jabberd14 
configuration file.
