[jadmin] configure error MySQL client libraries not found

I had similar errors and resolved by adding to my configure string:   

--with-extra-library-path=/usr/lib64:/usr/lib64/mysql/:/usr/include/mysql:/usr/lib/mysql:/usr/include --with-extra-include-path=/usr/lib64:/usr/lib64/mysql/:/usr/include/mysql:/usr/lib/mysql:/usr/include 



I am sure it was overkill but it compiled correctly.
