[jadmin] Looking for jabberd14 documentation

Hello,

i try to use jabberd14-1.6.0.
Unfortunately there is no documenation in the source tar-file or on the
website - or i am simply to blind to find it?
I compiled jabberd14 and installed its MySQL Database and Tables with
mysql.sql.

But if i try to connect to the jabber-server with gaim i have no success.
I have two error in the logfile:
[alert] (xdbsql.mercateo): you have to configure which driver xdb_sql
should use
and (inject.mercateo): could not open directory
for reading

Could someone please give me a pointer to more informations to get this
running?
