[jadmin] jabberd 2.0 and 2.1 differences

I had succes with some previous Adium, but new (1.0.1) version doesn't want work here.
I have now jd2 2.1 gnu sasl trunk.

It seems there is some bug in cyrus-sasl: 
https://bugzilla.andrew.cmu.edu/show_bug.cgi?id=2907
reported by Remko (Psi team).
It may be related with my issue.
