[jadmin] jabberd2 - recreate users

In jabberd2 with mysql auth/storage ... it is simple enough to delete
a user from the authreg table.  However, when trying to recreate the
same username, from a client with auto-registration turned on ... the
user cannot be created.

Of course, one can go back into mysql and add the same username back
into the authreg table and all is well.  However, when doing this, any
new values (buddies) in the roster template are not (for lack of
better word) auto-configured for that user.

Does anyone know what is really necessary to truly delete a user (so
that user can be re-created by auto-registration)?
