[jadmin] jabberd2 - recreate users

OK ... in addition to deleting the appropriate record from authreg, I had
also deleted all rows where the aforementioned user was listed as
"collection-owner" in the active, logout, roster-groups, and roster-items
tables.

The only place that the username (in question) appears - in any table - are
in the JID field in both the roster-groups and roster-items tables.

I wouldn't have thought that these records would interfere with recreating
the user. As I had, in the past, populated the roster template (and
auto-registered new users) with yet-to-be created usernames, with success.
That is I had users A, B, C, and D in the roster template; then created
(auto-registered) each user in order (A, B, C, and D); all successfully
auto-registered, with the pre-populated roster.

As you suggest, I'll try eliminating all rows in any table, that reference
the user in question.
