[jadmin] ejabberd 1.1.3 released: Security fix

Hello,

We have just released ejabberd 1.1.3. This is a security fix for the  
module mod_roster_odbc.
If you are using ejabberd 1.1.2 with mod_roster_odbc, you should  
upgrade as soon as possible.
