[jadmin] Problems with Jabber Server

Hello people.
I'm from Brazil and just started to work with Jabber 1 week ago. I  
successfully got it intalled in my Debian Linux Server and it`s  
working perfectly.
I`ve got it installed in my 10.1.1.158 IP in a subnet . All clients in  
this 10.0.1.0 subnet logs perfectly in the jabber server (wildfire).  
The problem is all the users from the other sub-networks as 10.1.2.* /  
10.1.3.* / 10.1.4.* and 10.1.5.* that are not loggin into the  
10.1.1.158 server. I use Proxy and Gaim and Exodus as Jabber Clients.
Anyone can help me to solve this problem??
