Antonio,

You will want to backup:

 * conf/ directory, which contains the bootstrap XML file.
 * resources/security directory, which would contain any custom certificates installed
 * enterprise/ directory (if you have the enterprise plugin installed), which contains all Wildfire Enterprise settings.
 * embedded-db/ directory if you're using the built-in database, otherwise backup the database files for your external database (e.g. MySQL).
