[jadmin] uptime monitoring - new site

Hello,

due to down of jabbernet.dk uptime mrtg monitoring, i have written my own
site that is available here:
http://uptime.toliman.pl (it is related to jabber.autocom.pl xmpp server)
You can register server by yourself and it is monitored right away.
I am planning to group/sort servers by country code, for better usability

fell free to comment, and register your server
