[jadmin] uptime monitoring - new site

Hello,

I have added few features:
- support for SRV and TLS (hope it works ;) )
- added some detailed statistic, still more to come
- added some more info on the site

i am planning to do some sort of sorting or ability to filter servers by
domain/country, and add custom monitoring for server admins with sms alerts
(it will be limited to one sms per server outage - after server fix it will
require to re-activate monitoring, an it will be free - nowdays sms-es are
almost free etc...)
