Yes! You can take a look to Tsung, jabsimul, jabber-testsuite in google. 
I don't know exactly the url.
I've seen your other message, and i think this server will handle very 
well this users, if you don't have several service in production in this 
server.
You can also implement load balancing with ejabberd. :)
