hi,
it is "uptodate ".
cookie is in your local user home directory (under linux:
$HOME/.erlang.cookie) - it must be in the $HOME of user that is running
erlang node. - simply copy this cookie to all nodes you want to setup.

btw: there is special ejabberd mailing list
