[jadmin] get size of messages sended by users

hi there,

is there a way in erlang to know messages size sended by every users
on my ejabberd server. I wonder to do a module for ejabberd that takes
this size of messages (in bytes) and stats this value per user in a
mnesia table.
is there any module that makes something similar that i can see? i
mean similar about taking size of messages, i'm don't care if this
module is used for other thing.
