[jadmin] max concurrent connections under jabber1.4?

1. raise your open file descriptors limit (ulimit -n)
2. switch to epoll backend:
  * jabberd14 - use jadc2s with epoll
  * jabberd2 - use epoll c2s backend

I'm running 2,5k concurrent connections max (1,5k avg) and the machine
