[jadmin] Jabber newb question: Skip buddy authorization

Hello folks!  Is there any way that I can set up my Jabber server to  
not require authorization from a buddy when they are added to  
someone's list?  For instance, if John adds Suzy to his buddy list, I  
don't want John to have to wait for Suzy to approve him before she  
shows up on his list.
