[jadmin] max concurrent connections under jabber1.4?

I forgot to make a real release out of 0.9.1-RC1, but I also did not
find any real bugs in it. So normally this version should work well.

Have you been able to find any more information on the situation where
jadc2s starts hanging? Maybe some strace information or better running
jadc2s in debug mode and seeing what it writes then ...
