Hello,
I have problem with the encrypted connection on jabberd2.1.2 version,
all the message appear in clear
if i analyse the network trame IP.
I don't understand the way to crypt the connection.
As mr Tomasz Sterna told me yesterday, the use of pemfile id deprecated
and it is used for port 5223 SSL
<id require-starttls='true'
pemfile='..../jabber.dsit.sncf.fr.pem'>jabber.dsit.sncf.fr</id>
<pemfile>..../server.pem</pemfile>
</local>
So can you explain me and for all people who want to use your version,
the way to crypt the connection between the client to server
and server to server?
I think that the documentation need to be updated, don't you?
Do we need to create a pem file that combines the private and public
key?
Do we need to create the pemfile with openssl or others?
It is very important for my company that all message will be crypted.
I have also this error message.
Why doest it mean?
Fri Mar 16 07:31:31 2007 [notice] error from router: SSL handshake error
(error:14090086:SSL routines:SSL3_GET_SERVER_CERTIFICATE:certificate
verify failed)
Thank you very much for your help
