1.6.0 has still been dual licensed as some people consider OpenSSL to be
incompatible with the GPL and think that a license exception for linkage
against OpenSSL is required. I tried to get permission to add this
exception to jabberd14 from Jabber Inc. and Jeremie Miller which own the
copyright of portions of the code. But I did never get an answer from them.

1.6.1 does not use OpenSSL anymore and is also not able to use OpenSSL.
So I finally was able to switch the code to be GPL only.
