[jadmin] uptime monitoring - some updates

Hi,

Recently I have updated monitoring site for xmpp servers:

- changed site code, now using jQuery library for processing requests.
- more verbose interface for adding servers (now actually you can see what
is going on)
- "quick search" on main site and detailed view. Now you can find server
very fast without reloading page - search graph as you type
- few changes in backend code for better outage detection
- instant_check status option is now available. You need to provide security
token. If you wish (*really* wish - i don't think this option is very useful
for websites - only for alerts) to have access to that: ping me at jid:
kolargol at jabber.autocom.pl
- SMS monitoring is actually done, but we have some troubles with auth code.
We are working on that, stay tuned
and finally there is new beautiful address: http://monitor.jabber.org (old
one still working, and will work) thx Peter!

if time let me - there will be more updates in near feature...
